Mr. Lieou is a brand operated by Liu Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The Site is hosted on and provided through Squarespace, an online website building and hosting service (“Service Provider”). All purchases made through the Site are processed through the commerce functionality provided by Squarespace, and you acknowledge that your use of the commerce features is also governed by Squarespace’s terms of service and policies.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, actual products may vary slightly from images displayed. Any colours, finishes, and dimensions are approximate. All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Prices for products are displayed on request via enquiry mechanisms and may vary depending on specifications or bespoke adjustments. We do not display prices publicly on the Site. 5. Orders and Enquiries

5.1 Enquiry-Based Purchases

Many pieces are made to order or offered on a bespoke basis. Placing an enquiry does not constitute an order or reservation. We will confirm availability and pricing before accepting any order.

5.2 Acceptance

Your order is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitation on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.

6. Sales and Returns Policy

6.1 All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and accepted.

7. Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Unless otherwise specified, items are shipped via DHL or FedEx with commercially reasonable packing and tracking.

If you require special shipping arrangements (e.g., specific carriers, expedited handling), please contact us prior to purchase. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
